Delivery Countries

Que Des Bonnes Vibes offers delivery of the Mercato Master game to the following 19 countries:
Mainland France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Belgium, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Spain, United States, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, and Qatar.

Delivery Method

The Customer selects the delivery method when finalizing the order. However, the carrier is designated by Que Des Bonnes Vibes. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided by the carrier.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated between 2 and 7 business days, depending on the destination country, from the shipping date.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on the current carrier rates and vary depending on the delivery country and the method chosen when placing the order. For deliveries outside the European Union, additional fees (administrative and/or customs) may apply.

Free delivery is offered from a certain amount, between €69 and €100, depending on the destination.

Returns and Exchanges

In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the items to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, the Customer must contact our customer service at:
contact@quedesbonnesvibes.com specifying the following information:

• Email subject: “Product Return”
• Order number
• Customer name
• Delivery address
• Account email address
• If possible, the reason for the return

Que Des Bonnes Vibes will send an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal request as soon as possible.

Returned items must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging. Any returned item that is dirty or damaged will not be accepted.

If a return is refused, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense, with no compensation or refund possible.

Exchange

In the case of an exchange, the new item will be shipped within 14 business days, subject to availability.

Refund

In the case of a refund, it will be made using the same payment method as used for the original purchase.

Free Return Label

To obtain a prepaid return label, you can request it at: contact@mercatomastergame.com. You will receive a label to print and affix to your package, which should then be dropped off at a post office.

Free returns only apply to shipments from mainland France.

Any return made without this label (e.g., sent by the customer themselves) will not result in reimbursement of the return shipping costs. The initial shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
