TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1/10. Preamble
These general terms and conditions of sale are entered into between:
The company Que des Bonnes Vibes, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €2,000
Registered office: 4 Chemin des Cygnes, 95800 Courdimanche, France
Registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Pontoise under number 879 035 046
EU VAT number: FR03879035046
Hereinafter referred to as “Que des Bonnes Vibes”
And any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase through the website
www.mercatomastergame.com, via the Crédit Mutuel Paybox e-transactions module,
Hereinafter referred to as “the customer”.
2/10. Assumption
These general terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of distance selling via the website mercatomastergame.com. Placing an order implies irrevocable acceptance of these general terms and conditions of Que des Bonnes Vibes SAS and Paybox.
These terms apply exclusively to non-commercial individuals.
The customer declares:
- to have the capacity to enter into this contract,
- not to be a trader,
- not to purchase with the intention of reselling.
3/10. Pricing
Prices are expressed in euros including all taxes (VAT included) and are applicable at the time of the order. They include handling, packaging, preservation costs, and, where applicable, delivery fees.
Que des Bonnes Vibes reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Once the order is confirmed, the applied price remains fixed and final.
4/10. Order
The order is only valid after the customer has been identified and the required personal data has been entered. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and products available for sale.
Orders will be fulfilled subject to available stock.
In the event of unavailability, Que des Bonnes Vibes will inform the customer, who may then cancel the order.
If a package remains unclaimed after 2 months, it will be returned to stock and no claims will be accepted.
5/10. Delivery
Products remain the property of Que des Bonnes Vibes until full payment has been received.
However, responsibility is transferred to the customer upon delivery.
Delivery available to the following countries: Mainland France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Belgium, Denmark, United Arab Emirates, Spain, United States, Finland, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden, Switzerland, and Qatar.
Maximum delivery time: 2 months from the date of order. In the event of a delay, the customer will be informed and may terminate the contract in accordance with the law.
6/10. Payment
Payments can be made:
- by credit card via the Crédit Mutuel Paybox module,
- by bank transfer,
- by cheque or cash during in-person meetings with a representative of Que des Bonnes Vibes.
7/10. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned intact, complete, and unopened.
No returns will be accepted after this period.
8/10. Legal Warranties
The customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.211-4 to L.211-12 of the French Consumer Code).
In the event of a confirmed and validated defect, Que des Bonnes Vibes will proceed with an exchange or repair and will reimburse the return shipping costs upon presentation of proof.
9/10. Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those within the jurisdiction of Que des Bonnes Vibes’ registered office. The customer agrees to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
